Return the new, unopened items to us within 30 calendar days of delivery.

For any product valued over $75 you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
Cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).

We encourage customers to carefully read our Returns Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.
We only provide store credit for items purchased with a discount or discount code of 25% or more, from our full retail price.
Refunds or store credit will be issued within 30 days from the date we receive your return at our return address (listed above).
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate and return your item(s) for a refund or store credit. Any returns not made within this window will be rejected.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
We provide a refund to your original payment method for all full-priced items.
Exchanges are provided through store credit for eligible items only.
We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping if the item was correct but you changed your mind after receiving order.
Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return. Gift cards purchased and a store credit issued cannot be exchanged or refunded.
All shipping charges and government taxes are non-refundable.
Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at [email protected] if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible to receive refund for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
