It is a commercial strength cleaner. It was recommended by the cleaning crew where I used to work. I wear mask to use the product and follow instructions and little logic to get heavy stain out. But no more heavy stain after using this. It will work for you. The cons, you have to buy a whole box of 12 pk and only get 1 brush. This will probably last me 10 years and a few more brusher for 3 toilets to clean.

Still have rings around the toilet bowls
still have a ring in the toilets. This is supposed to remove any hard water deposits. It clearly doesn’t. all of our toilets still have a ring around the bowl. followed directions to the letter.
